Primadona Enggano, Bak Blau dari Desa Meok

Lanjut lagi tentang pariwisata Enggano. Kali ini aku mau ceritain pengalamanku dan anak-anak sekre Apoho ke Bak Blau. Destinasi wisata ini primadonanya Enggano. Nggak ke Enggano deh kalau nggak main ke Bak Blau! Hehe.

Bak Blau berasal dari bahasa Enggano yang artinya 'mata air berwarna biru'. Ada di desa Meok, Enggano. Cukup dekat sih, dari sekre kami di Enggano, tapi kalau wisatawan yang ingin ke Bak Blau dari Kahiyapu (soalnya penginapan adanya di Kahiyapu) perjalanannya sekitar 30-45 menit tergantung kondisi jalan. Antara Apoho-Meok jalannya lumayan bagus, namun Kahiyapu-Kaana-Malakoni jalan lintasnya masih agak jelek dan suka berlumpur kalau hujan.

Cerita KKN-ku, Berkas dan Apoho

Throwback saat masa KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) tahun lalu, anak-anak FK (fakultas kedokteran) angkatanku dapat penempatan di dua tempat, yaitu di Kota Bengkulu dan di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara tepatnya di Kecamatan Enggano. Kecamatan satu ini lokasinya unik, karena bertempat di sebuah pulau yang kira-kira berjarak 156 km dari Kota Bengkulu.

Bungker Peninggalan Jepang di Desa Apoho, Enggano

"Lihat-lihatlah keindahan alam Enggano, ke Bak Blaw, ke pantai-pantainya.. Atau kalau mau liat bungker peninggalan Jepang, di Apoho juga ada," kata kepala desa kami saat kami bertemu di balai desa.

Bungker? Ku tidak menduga akan menemukan peninggalan Jepang di Enggano. Menurut salah satu artikel yang kubaca dikemudian hari (di Enggano kurang leluasa internetan hehe) bungker-bungker tersebut adalah peninggalan zaman Jepang sekitar tahun 1935 lalu. Bungker-bungker tersebut berfungsi sebagai pos-pos pengintaian untuk mengantisipasi serangan. Ada di dua desa, yaitu Malakoni dan Apoho. Di zaman tersebut juga sempat dibangun terowongan, landasan pesawat, gudang dan lainnya, namun ditinggalkan begitu saja karena Jepang semakin terdesak posisinya saat perang dunia ke dua.
